How It Works – The Process

  1. Loading the Vessel: The viscous material is placed inside a production vessel.
  2. Positioning the Pressure Plate: A specially designed plate with a chemical-resistant seal is fixed to match the vessel’s diameter.
  3. Hydraulic Action: Hydraulic pressure pushes the plate downwards with a force of up to 180 bar, compressing the material evenly.
  4. Discharge: The product flows smoothly out of the vessel through the outlet without leaving residue behind.
  5. Filling (Optional): With an integrated filling unit, the discharged material can be directed into buckets, cans, or cartridges, with capacities ranging from 500 g to 30 kg.

This process ensures complete emptying of vessels, reduces waste, and enables efficient semi-automatic filling.
